Rudford Farm Ltd is a farm dedicated to the production and supply of top-quality organic apples grown in the most sustainable way possible, Rudford Farm is a genuinely innovative and forward-thinking business.We are now set for major expansion which allow us soon to significantly increase our crops.
We are now looking for a number of Seasonal General Workers for a minimum of 2 months fixed term contracts to work in the glasshouses.
Duties and responsibilities
The Duties and responsibilities of our Seasonal Workers are as follows:
• Follow the instructions of Farm manager, Production manager, Team leader
• Picking crop, piecework/hourly, packing fruits
• General husbandry
• Husbandry Operations are being carried out whilst helping to maintain the required daily output and Quality.
• Ensure that a positive attitude to the Company and its goals are maintained at all time, ensuring that all issues are dealt with as appropriate.
