Summary
1. Oversee kitchen assistants during meal prep and service.
2. Plan daily kitchen activities for effective meal prep.
3. Food hygiene, presentation, and portion control should be high.
4. Control inventory, rotate stock, and place orders when needed.
5. Make sure all dishes fulfil nutritional, allergy, and customer standards.
6. Maintain food safety standards, including temperature monitoring and sanitation.
7. Help the team enhance kitchen procedures and tackle peak-time operational concerns.
