Our client, a leading OEM manufacturer, is looking for a Product Support Engineer to join their team, based in Washington. As Product Support Engineer, you will carry out planned travel to the Middle East 4-6 times per year, building relationships and providing full training on products.

The Role of the Product Support Engineer
The Product Support Engineer EMEA will be responsible for delivering comprehensive product support to customers across the EMEA region. This role involves resolving technical issues, providing on-site support, and conducting training sessions for distributors and major fleet customers.
Other responsibilities include:
• Deliver effective technical and customer support for machines post-delivery.
• Ensure prompt resolution of reported issues, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Act as the direct customer interface, providing on-site support and technical advice.
• Conduct technical training sessions and periodic customer visits to foster strong relationships.
• Report service and reliability issues to the Quality Manager and Operations Team.
• Conduct audits on warranty parts and claims at customer locations.
• Explore opportunities to increase spare parts revenue.
About You – Product Support Engineer
The ideal Product Support Engineer will possess a formal engineering qualification comparable to the UK's BTEC ONC/HNC or equivalent practical knowledge and extensive experience in powered access equipment.
Other requirements include:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional and confident in handling customer requests.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region.
