Summary

Temporary Order Management Administrator (Potential to Go Permanent)

Location: Leeds (LS15)
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Pay: £13.50 per hour (paid weekly) temp - perm
Start Date: asap

We're currently recruiting for a fast-paced Order Management role with the potential to become permanent. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have advanced Excel skills (you will be tested), we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage purchase and sales orders
* Track, record, and report on order status
* Validate pricing and inventory availability
* Coordinate delivery bookings via client systems
* Monitor and resolve system discrepancies
* Liaise with suppliers, retailers, and customers
* Plan and track shipments to meet customer requirements
* Maintain accurate logs and records
* Prepare reports for management
* Drive continuous improvement in order fulfilment processes

✅ Requirements:
* Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
