Fawkes & Reece are proud to be partnered with a leading fit out / refurbishment contractor seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team in Wakefield.

As Estimator you would play a key part of the thriving pre-construction team, responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for fit out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging up to £10m. Providing a unique in-house approach delivering value and expertise in maximising offices into residential spaces with consistently high quality project delivery.
Responsibilities of an Estimator
* Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices.
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment projects.
* Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations.
* Source new products and suppliers as needed.
* Contribute to building systems that streamline processes.
Requirements for an Estimator
* Minimum 5 years estimating experience.
* Experience working on fit out / refurbishment projects with values up to £3m+. (Preferably Drylining & partitions) * Valid UK driving license.
* Relevant construction related degree or qualification.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
