What You’ll Be Doing


Inspiring Leadership

  • Lead a portfolio of high-performing care homes, ensuring consistently exceptional standards of care and hospitality.
  • Coach, support, and develop General Managers to become confident, values-led leaders.
  • Champion innovation and service excellence across care, dining, lifestyle, and operations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across all functions to align goals and elevate performance.
  • Uphold and promote our culture — warm, inclusive, and built on trust and accountability.


Team Development & Performance

  • Cultivate a high-performance culture where people feel empowered to thrive.
  • Identify and grow future leaders across your region.
  • Celebrate success, share best practice, and encourage continuous improvement.


Quality, Governance & Compliance

  • Lead on regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and risk management.
  • Ensure every home is inspection-ready, every day, with a relentless focus on quality.


Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build trusted relationships with key partners including the CQC, NHS, and local authorities.
  • Represent Signature with pride and professionalism, internally and externally.

  • A strong track record across care quality, team development, and commercial outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the health and social care regulatory landscape.
  • Financially astute, data-driven, and confident in making informed, strategic decisions.
