We’re looking for a supportive and trusted People Partner who can build great relationships and lead on operational HR, employee
engagement, talent development, and internal communications.
You’ll lead the way in supporting and coaching managers, lead on key HR projects (delivering supervisor/management training,
intranet adoption and policy design), and own initiatives that shape our culture and boost performance. From Employee Relations
and performance management, to communications and succession planning, you’ll be at the heart of driving people strategy and
enhancing employee experience. You’ll also manage a small, dedicated team (HR Assistant, and Talent Lead).
What you'll bring:
* CIPD qualification with solid experience in a generalist HR role
* Strong ER knowledge and experience in a multi-site environment
* A coaching mindset with proven ability to upskill and influence at all levels
* Experience leading HR projects and delivering training
* Excellent communication skills—you know how to tell a story that connects
