Activities Co-ordinator – Bradwell Hall Nursing Home
Location: Bradwell Hall Nursing Home, Old Hall Drive, Bradwell, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 8RQ
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday – Friday / Occasional Weekends Required
Hours 10:00am – 17:00pm
Pay:
Ages 18–20: £11.37 per hour
Ages 21 and over: £12.32 per hour

Bradwell Hall Nursing Home is a large, prestigious care facility located in Newcastle-under-Lyme. We provide:
24-hour nursing care
Specialist dementia care at various stages
Residential care for the elderly
End-of-life support and compassionate family care
Role Overview:
We're currently seeking a fun-loving and enthusiastic Activities Co-ordinator to join our team and create engaging, meaningful experiences for our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your creativity to make a real difference in people's lives.
Your Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver stimulating daily, one-to-one and group activities
Organise trips, outings, and special events
Coordinate fundraising activities and entertainments
Liaise with families and external visitors
Maintain activity records and adapt programming to suit residents’ needs
What We’re Looking For:
Motivated, creative, and energetic
Organised, flexible, and reliable
Compassionate with strong communication skills
Willing to learn and able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with dementia or similar roles is desirable
