Salary and Benefits:
• Salary: £14.50per hour
• Ongoing training provided for personal development and support

Responsibilities of the Handyman Role:
• To check the maintenance book daily and carry out all repairs etc as necessary
• To decorate vacated rooms as requested following correct procedure.
• To keep the gardens well maintained, cutting grass, dig borders, weed and replant etc where there is no gardener.
• General Maintenance on a day-to-day basis
• Out of Hours Call outs if required
Requirements of the Handyman Role:
• Previous experience in painting, tiling etc. required
• Car Driver
