Summary

Here at Sheffield Hallam University we are looking for a Lecturer in Food and Nutrition to join our passionate and driven academic team - designing and delivering transformative, innovative and inspirational learning experiences that prepare students for a career in the nutrition and food sectors.

We pride ourselves on being an applied university and recognise the importance of having a balance of both academic and industry specialists to ensure we offer our students a real-world experience.

We are looking for a Lecturer in Food and Nutrition to confidently deliver applied teaching, learning and assessment at undergraduate and postgraduate level in two (or more) of the following areas:
• Food science, quality and sustainability
• Food labelling and packaging
• Developing food concepts and products
• Food research and consultancy
• Nutrition, physiology and biochemistry
• Applied nutrition
• Nutritional science
