Monday to Friday - DAYS ONLY - 39 hrs/week
Salary: £30,000, going up to £32,500 after probationary period

The Company:
My client, a massive name in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Mechanical Aircraft Supervisor to help with their production and maintenance teams. They offer a wide range of benefits as well as the opportunity for progression and development, they also work on huge projects for different organisations that you would be involved in.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of machinery, contributing to projects and being involved in performing maintenance and reactive tasks.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the completion of reactive and planned maintenance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the maintenance staff with their tasks as well as managing them.
- Play a big part in optimising output and meeting targets.
- Help other management with more managerial tasks.
- Ensure policies are strictly followed.
- Fault diagnosis.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar engineering backgrounds.
- Qualifications in an Engineering discipline.
- Hold a full UK Drivers license.
- Have basic IT skills.
