Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance (electrical bias)
- Maintain and optimise building performance using smart BMS systems
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and sustainability standards
- Coordinate with contractors and manage small projects or upgrades
- Maintain records, logs, and reports of all maintenance activity
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (essential)
- Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and general building services
- Experience with BMS systems, energy-efficient technologies, or smart systems is highly desirable
- A proactive, responsible, and hands-on individual able to work autonomously
