Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Car/Van Driver to join our client's team in Portishead on a permanent basis. As a key member of the Driving industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods and materials to various locations in a timely and safe manner.Key responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate a company vehicle to transport goods and materials- Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of items- Load and unload goods from the vehicle- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers- Adhere to all road and traffic regulationsQualifications required:- Valid UK driver's license with no more than 3 penalty points- Proven experience as a Car/Van Driver- Excellent knowledge of driving regulations and safety procedures- Strong communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPay rate: £12.50 - £13.00 per hourIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in this permanent Car/Van Driver position in Portishead, please apply only at workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
