The Best Connection are recruiting a number of Class 1 HGV Drivers for a curtain sider container role with a well-established logistics company. This is a great opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for ongoing work.
Details: Shifts: Days & Nights Available (Minimum 8 hours per shift) Pay: Paid breaks included - enhanced rate for shifts starting after 2 PM PPE Required: Safety boots, high-vis vest, and hard hat Positions Available: Up to 5 Drivers Induction: 2-hour paid induction prior to first shift Key Responsibilities: Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience preferred Safe and timely delivery of curtain sider containers Conducting pre- and post-vehicle checks Following all health & safety regulations Accurate completion of paperwork What We Offer: Consistent shifts with paid breaks Additional pay for afternoon and night shifts (post-2 PM starts) A supportive team environment Potential for a permanent position after 16 weeks Paid induction prior to driving duty Requirements: Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence Must have Fridge/Container/Curtain Sider experience Must be willing to pull any trailer as required Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card Full PPE: safety boots, high-vis, and hard hat Good communication and timekeeping skills No DR/DD/IN10 Apply Now to secure your place or get in touch for more details.
