Summary
The Best Connection are recruiting for OMS Control Room Adminstrator on behalf of our clients based in Knowsley.
The responsibiltes include but aren't limited to: Accurately monitor and record the movement of vehicles and personnel entering and exiting the Knowsley site Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing of all relevant records Coordinate and log holiday requests and absences for Operations team members Conduct security checks in accordance with site policies and training guidelines Comply with all H&S policies and actively promote a safe working environment Requirements: Proven administrative experience Good communication skills Problem solving skills Strong IT knowledge including Microsoft Office Work well in a team while remaining capable of working independently This position requires flexibility as you need to be able to work the following shifts;
06:00 - 14:00 // 08:00 - 16:00 // 14:00 - 22:00. Mon - Fri
