Summary
We are currently seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding client in Coventry. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a permanent position offered following a successful trial period.
Pay: £12.21 per hour (higher rate available for licensed counterbalance FLT drivers)
Hours: 07:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday
Start: ASAP
The role Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders quickly and accurately. Use SAP (full training provided) to book stock in / out and maintain real time inventory records. If licensed, operate a counterbalance forklift to move pallets and materials; otherwise, manual pallet truck work only. Work safely at height on mezzanines and racking (all PPE supplied). Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with 5S standards. What youll bring Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment. Good numeracy, keen eye for detail and a positive, can do attitude. Physically fit and confident lifting up to 25 kg. Desirable (not essential): Valid counterbalance FLT licence (earns higher pay band) Hands on SAP or other WMS/ERP experience First aid or fire marshal certification Why join Steady daytime shift - home by mid afternoon.
