Summary
The Best Connection are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a fast growing company based in Bamber Bridge
This role primarily focuses on supporting the sales and business development teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales campaigns, and ensuring smooth operations related to new business acquisition. They often work with marketing teams to generate leads, maintain client relationships, and track sales performance.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Lead Generation and Management: Identifying and sourcing new business leads, ensuring they are tracked and followed up on. Sales Campaign Coordination: Supporting the sales team by coordinating campaigns, managing sales requests, and ensuring a seamless process. Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to sales and business development teams, including document management, reporting, and data maintenance. Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and improving client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new accounts. Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Reporting and Analysis: Preparing regular reports on sales performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve business development strategies. Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in business processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Strong Organisational and Time Management Skills: Managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and prioritising workload effectively. Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM Systems: Utilising software for data management, reporting, and communication. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Identifying and resolving issues, analysing data, and developing solutions. Experience in Sales or Business Development: Understanding of the sales process, business development strategies, and client relationship management Working hours between 8.30-17.00 Monday to Thursday 8.30-16.00 Friday
