Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for coordination and logistics? A renowned event photography company is looking for a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to join their vibrant team on a 12 to 15-month maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically match photographers to events based on skill-set, location, and availability using a custom scheduling platform.
  • Coordinate cost-effective travel and lodging for both UK and international shoots.
  • Organise and maintain photography gear and company vans, ensuring readiness and reliability.
  • Keep DBS checks up to date and ensure all documentation is properly managed.
  • Foster strong relationships with photographers and internal departments through clear, timely communication.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous experience in logistics, operations, or scheduling (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software
  • A proactive mindset and sharp attention to detail

Additional Information

Due to the rural location of the office, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential. Please note that public transport is not available to the site.
