A renowned event photography company is looking for a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to join their vibrant team on a 12 to 15-month maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities
- Strategically match photographers to events based on skill-set, location, and availability using a custom scheduling platform.
- Coordinate cost-effective travel and lodging for both UK and international shoots.
- Organise and maintain photography gear and company vans, ensuring readiness and reliability.
- Keep DBS checks up to date and ensure all documentation is properly managed.
- Foster strong relationships with photographers and internal departments through clear, timely communication.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, or scheduling (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software
- A proactive mindset and sharp attention to detail
