Summary
The Pharmacy department has a 'can do' attitude and strives to provide the best service possible at all times to our patients and our colleagues. The pharmacy vision is to be a 'service without walls', integrated within the ward teams supporting excellent patient care . Team work is at the heart of everything we do within pharmacy. We are a multicultural department with a very friendly atmosphere. We look after each other as well as the patients within our care. The Southend hospital site pharmacy has recently undergone a major upgrade. We have a state of the art Omnicell automated dispensing robot and a brand new 'built for purpose' Dispensary.
