Summary

Premises AssistantPermanent Grade 2: £15,882 (actual salary) 25 hours per week split shift, term time only plus 10 days. Working pattern:Mornings:Monday to Friday: 6am – 9amAfternoons:Monday: 4.30pm – 7.30pm
Tuesday: 4.30pm – 8pm
Wednesday: 4.30pm – 7pm
Thursday: 4.30pm – 5.30pm
(A part time arrangement will be considered).
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Premises Assistant. This newly created role is designed to support the Site Facilities Manager and Headteacher in maintaining and caring for our school site.This is a varied position that involves a wide range of daily and weekly tasks, as directed by the Site Manager and Headteacher. As part of a dedicated and collaborative team, you will play a key role in contributing to the smooth operation and ongoing success of our school.Flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally be required to adjust your working hours at short notice to meet the changing needs of the school.We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in building maintenance or a trade such as painting and decorating, carpentry, or similar.The successful candidates will:
Understand and have due regard for health and safety.
Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all children.
Undertake any training, as directed by the Site Facilities Manager.
Take responsibility for the safety and security of the site, alongside the Site Facilities Manager. Communicate any issues with the Site Facilities Manager and/or headteacher to ensure a quick resolution.We can offer:
