What You’ll Do
Deliver evidence-based 1:1 and group therapeutic interventions to pupils and families.
Provide consultation, supervision, and training to education staff.
Facilitate parent/carer programmes (including Oasis Encounter/NVR).
Collaborate with CAMHS, Children’s Social Care, and community partners.
Support a whole-school approach to mental health across multiple settings.
Act as a key player in early identification, triage, and safeguarding support.
