Summary

CPM are looking for an engaging, sales-savvy Sales Training Content Developer to join the award-winning Samsung TV/AV Training Team.

Salary £35k per annum + up to 15% bonus, company car and equipment.

Working Monday- Friday 37.5 hours pw occasional weekend work to support events, livestreams, or time-sensitive projects.

Ideal Location: Egham, United Kingdom, TW20

Territory Covering: This role may involve travel both nationally and internationally, and will occasionally require weekend work to support events, livestreams, or time-sensitive projects.

What will you be doing?

As our sales training content developer, you'll combine content creation, on-camera presentation, and a solid grasp of the retail sales process to drive knowledge and confidence across Samsung's retail and internal audiences.

You'll write compelling lesson plans, training scripts, and eLearning modules - and deliver content directly to camera. You'll also play a key role in shaping how retail teams understand and sell Samsung's latest technology. Basic design skills are also needed to help shape clear and visually appealing learning assets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales-Focused Messaging: Translate complex tech features into compelling sales messaging that connects with retail audiences.
  • Create Training Materials: Develop engaging lesson plans, sales-driven training scripts, and structured educational content.
  • eLearning Development: Build eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • On-Camera Delivery: Present training content with clarity and enthusiasm on camera for use in digital platforms and live sessions.
  • Product Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve on Samsung's innovations in TV and AV, and how to communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with training managers, subject matter experts, and videographers to create high-impact content.
  • Design Support: Use tools like Canva or PowerPoint to produce clear, well-designed slides, visuals, and learning aids when needed.
  • Field Support: Support events, product launches, and retail visits when required - including some weekend work and national travel.

You would enjoy this sales training content developer role if you:

  • Have proven ability to write training content, lesson plans, or scripts with a focus on sales enablement.
  • Have experience designing eLearning modules, ideally in Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar.
  • Are confident and natural on-camera presenter with excellent communication skills.
  • Have a solid understanding of the retail sales process, including how training impacts performance and conversion.
  • Are passionate about consumer tech, especially TV/AV products.
  • Are comfortable using basic design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Express to create supporting materials.
  • Are highly organised, collaborative, and deadline-driven.
  • Are based within 1 hour of TW20 8HE (Egham) with a full UK driving licence.
