About the service: The Moreton Centre is a is a bright, welcoming specialist nursing care home that provides personalised, compassionate, and professional care in a peaceful seaside residential area of St Leonards-on-Sea in East Sussex, for people with mental health difficulties.Types of nursing care offered here include: Dementia care for people with advanced or young onset dementia Complex care needs with behaviours that challenge Continuing care for complex mental and physical health needs Palliative care Respite care Key Responsibilities of the Role: Coordinating the planning and implementation of patient care Developing and coordinating individual or group therapeutic activities Managing aspects of medication management in line with the Trust and NMC guidelines Participating in clinical review meetings Promoting, fostering, and ensuring good working relationships Adhering to all NMC, CQC and local authority standards and guidelines including the NMC code of professional conduct Acting as an advocate for our patients and residents Enhanced Pay RatesWe offer additional pay for work completed on weekends and bank holidays: Weekends An extra£0.50 per hour Bank Holidays An extra£1.00 per hour These enhancements are added on top of your standard hourly rate and apply to all hours worked during those times.
