Summary
Production Operatives, Cambuslang, 37.5-hour week, £12.21 per hour + Overtime with the ability to earn up to £12.80ph once fully trained.
We are recruiting Production Operatives to work in Cambuslang for a market leading company specialised in fabrication of enhanced closed panel timber systems
This is a long-term position, currently working Tuesday to Friday 6am till 4pm but it will revert to a 5-day week (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday in the future
Opportunity of transferring to a permanent role after a probationary period worked.
What to expect
- Assembly of timber kit wall panels for the construction industry
- Working to fabricated drawings and detailed work instructions
- Operation of hand and power tools
- Attention to detail whilst following on-screen drawings
- Quality control - ensuring work carried out to specific guidelines, measurements and tolerances
- Manual handling
- Ability to drive themselves to achieve and surpass targets
- Good attitude and desire to work in a professional manner
- Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety rules and regulations
- Ensuring work areas kept clear, tidy and hazard free
