Summary
Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Braintree. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact by providing one-to-one support to a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within a mainstream classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting a student with ASD on a 1:1 basis to help them access the curriculum effectively.

Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and implement personalised learning plans.

Delivering targeted interventions and encouraging progress through positive reinforcement.

Supporting the creation of a calm, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere.

Monitoring and documenting student progress, and sharing updates with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
