Waste Education and Engagement Officer needed in Redditch Paying £20 per hr ref 1550828
Full time hours on a temporary basis
We’re looking for a proactive Waste Education & Engagement Officer to develop and begin delivering a resident-focused education plan around waste and recycling. The role aims to reduce contamination and improve recycling quality across Bromsgrove and Redditch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a waste education and engagement strategy
- Promote waste minimisation and recycling best practices
- Support internal workforce training and system improvements
- Analyse waste data to guide targeted communications
- Collaborate with the waste team to identify contamination at collection points
