• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
• Duration: Until July 2026 (with potential to extend)
• Weekly Pay: Up to £540 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
• Work closely with students who require additional academic or behavioural support
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions under the guidance of class teachers and SENCO
• Help to foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated strategies
• Contribute to pupil progress tracking and classroom planning
What We’re Looking For: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
• A graduate with a 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Education, or a closely related subject
• A genuine passion for SEN education and child development
• Previous experience working with children is a plus (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, youth work)
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
