Job Title: Graduate SEN Support Assistant
Location: Barnet, North London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time (term-time only)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Duration: Until July 2026 (with possible extension)
Weekly Pay: Up to £540 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Your Responsibilities Will Include: Graduate SEN Support Assistant

• Offering 1:1 support to pupils with learning difficulties, ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs
• Assisting with in-class activities, adapting lessons to meet pupils' needs
• Supporting small group interventions focused on literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to track progress
• Helping to create a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere

What We're Looking For: Graduate SEN Support Assistant

• A graduate with a 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Education, or a related subject
• A real passion for supporting children with additional learning needs
• Any prior experience working with children or young people is highly valued (e.g. schools, mentoring, volunteering, coaching)
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
