Summary
Assembly Operative – Manufacturing
Location: Denham, UK
Note: Due to the remote business location, the ideal candidate must have their own transport.
Salary: £27,000 - £27,000 per year basic salary + Overtime available
Basic working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-12:00.
Overtime hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00 - 17:00, Friday 07:00 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and fabricate components, including seat pan chassis and parachute containers
Perform heat treatments, bonding, sealing, and injection moulding
Operate vertical milling machines and fit aerospace-grade hardware
Read engineering drawings and carry out quality checks
Handle fine, detailed gluing and vacuum forming work
What You’ll Need:
Experience in assembly, riveting, and adhesives
Skilled with hand tools and milling machines
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to follow precise technical instructions
