Summary
Key Tasks: Work collaboratively to plan, develop, and deliver engaging activities of CACE Day Support Services and Group programmes. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with GDPR regulations. - Carry out any other duties as required to support the service.
Working within a small charity who provides support services to older, vulnerable and isolated people. To work closely with the Service Support Lead to promote, develop and deliver the programme of services within CACE. To support and work alongside volunteers and ensure that all services are delivered in line with CACE policies and procedures. We are looking for a person who has a genuine interest in serving and supporting older adults to be part of their community, to help them maintain their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing to the best of their abilities. To offer them the opportunity to try out new skills and activities that are fun, stimulating and supportive in maintaining their independence.
