Crynodeb
We are currently looking for a full-time Chef to join our busy, friendly, dynamic team. Ideally, you must be fully qualified with a minimum of 1 years experience of working within a busy kitchen as a Chef. We will also welcome applications from individuals currently training or just newly qualified.
We are a small family run pub and as such, you will be working with another chef covering all aspects in relation to the kitchen from food preparation to maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment in line with current food hygiene practices.
You must be able to work unsupervised, using your own initiative, and as part of a small busy team.
You will have the freedom to put your stamp on the menu options and weekly specials in collaboration with our current chef.
You will work on a 2 week shift pattern with our existing chef with every Monday and Tuesday off. However, you will be expected to work every weekend.
Pay will be negotiable and can be discussed at interview - Self Employed or PAYE
