Summary
This lovely family based in Hampstead, London, is looking for an After-school Nanny to care for their baby, toddler, and school-aged child. All general nanny duties are required for this role. They are expecting a new baby in December and will have a maternity nurse, so newborn experience isn’t essential; however, they would love someone who is keen to learn and get involved. As the mother will be at home, this is a shared care role, so the ideal candidate should be a team player who collaborates well with parents. The family is seeking an energetic, creative, and artistic individual who enjoys hands-on arts and crafts, as their children are very active and love to play. A driver would be a great bonus, but is not essential, as the mother can help with school runs if necessary. A valid paediatric first aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm | From January, the nanny will be required from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm, Total hours per week: 22.5
Duties include:
preparing healthy meals and snacks
washing and dressing the children
helping with homework
doing after-school activities with the children
preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
doing arts and crafts
taking the children to parks and playgrounds
preparing them for bed and reading them stories
