Summary
Salary: £32,936 p.a. pro rata. Part-time (30 hours per week). Term time. Permanent. Based at London Road campus.
Working with a team of other Transition and Review Officers and reporting to the SEND and Transition Team Leader, the successful applicant will ensure effective processes are in place for students with SEND. With a primary focus around transition into college, the EHCP Annual Review and the transition into work, Higher Education or Adult Social care. You will be a key contributor to the successes of our high needs students.
