Summary
• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the dining area, ensuring
a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
• Train, motivate, and lead our front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and
customer-focused work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and promptly
addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Coordinate and manage table reservations, ensuring efficient seating
arrangements and optimal use of available space.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout
the dining area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and
coordination between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of dining supplies, such as cutlery,
glassware, and linens, replenishing as needed.
• Checks and monitors supplies are used properly so to prevent any wastage.
• Stay up to date with menu offerings, special promotions, and any changes to
ensure accurate and knowledgeable communication with guests.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining
experience and increase customer satisfaction.
