Temp to Perm | Will eventually rotate between AM & PM shifts
Are you looking for a long-term opportunity in manufacturing with the potential to go permanent? BCS Connect are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join a busy plastic injection moulding company based in Aldridge, Walsall.
About the Role:
You’ll be working on-site in a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery involved in plastic injection moulding. No two days are the same – you'll be hands-on, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
Key Details:
- Afternoon shifts to start (either 1pm–10pm or 3pm–12am)
- Monday to Thursday working week – enjoy 3-day weekends!
- £12.21 per hour
- Temp to perm opportunity – with future shift rotation between AM & PM
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working to targets and in a fast-paced setting
