What You’ll Do

Every day is different, but your role will include:
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility, continence care)
- Helping with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility aids and ensuring clients’ safety
- Encouraging independence, dignity, and respect in everything you do

About You

We’re looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable people who genuinely want to help others.
- Caring nature and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential, full training provided
- Reliable transport and a valid driving licence are required

Qualifications

- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- If not qualified, we’ll support you to complete the Care Certificate within 6 months.
