Summary
Oversee day-to-day bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Recruit, train, supervise, and manage bar staff to maintain high performance and morale.
Plan rotas and allocate tasks to meet business needs and legal staffing requirements.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle complaints or special requests.
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage supplier relationships for cost and quality control.
Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Manage budgets, track sales, and control operating costs to meet financial targets.
Organize and manage special events or promotional activities to boost revenue.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, cash handling, and staff schedules.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold cleanliness and legal compliance.
