Summary

Looking for a qualified electrician to join a long-term permanent position in the Southwest. This is a full-time permanent position carrying out general maintenance, testing, inspection and remedial upgrades across social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and upgrades in social housing

• Perform EICRs, remedial works, and periodic testing in line with current regulations

• Complete certification and reporting using digital systems (e.g. PDA)

• Ensure high-quality work with a First-Time Fix approach

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with tenants

• Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (e.g. C&G 2356 or 2365)

• C&G 2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382)

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in social housing setting
