• Manage patient bookings and cancellations, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, carers, clinicians, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry, utilizing Trust electronic systems such as Lorenzo, ERS, and Soliton Radiology Information System.
• Support the multidisciplinary team by arranging meetings, managing diaries, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Act as a key contact for communication within the team and participate actively in team briefings.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent.
• Good standard of general education to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English Language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and Trust Access Policy.
Desirable Attributes:
• Previous experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting.
• Understanding of patient administration pathways and Referral to Treatment rules and guidelines.
• Professionalism, caring attitude, and a responsible approach to work.
