Summary
What you'll be doing You will be responsible for personal, professional and legal responsibility for your own highly specialist caseload of residents whilst ensuring you are accurately interpreting specialist communication, seeking support when needed You will provide support to the Therapy team ensuring that you demonstrate leadership when managing specific clinical projects. You will be liaising with relatives and carers with empathy, giving information, support and advice when required. You will devise and review the Speech and Language Therapist related individual therapy programmes for implementation by the Therapy Assistants. You will provide training, education and support for other Therapy Assistants and Unit based staff. You will maintain up to date, concise clinical records and provide reports as necessary for each resident's case review.
