As a Regional Manager in our Leisure team, you’ll lead a portfolio of leisure contracts across the UK, combining your operational expertise and commercial know-how to deliver outstanding performance and community value. You’ll work strategically and hands-on, driving commercial growth while championing customer excellence and team development.


You’ll be entrusted to:

- Lead, coach and develop Contract Managers across multiple leisure sites, ensuring alignment with Serco’s strategy and values
- Drive commercial performance, oversee P&L accounts, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Develop and deliver strategic and annual plans that meet contractual requirements and achieve financial targets
- Support the rollout of our customer experience strategy, embedding a consistent and service-focused culture
- Build strong partnerships with clients, stakeholders and community groups to enhance services and ensure long-term success
- Implement robust performance monitoring through KPIs and data-driven decision-making
- Champion health, safety and environmental excellence across all sites and teams



Does this sound like you?
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…

- Substantial leadership experience in the leisure sector – ideally as a Regional Manager, Regional Director, Area Manager or Operations Director
- A strong background in commercial management, including delivering commercial growth and managing P&L performance
- Proven Operational experience across multi-site leisure contracts, with a deep understanding of customer service delivery
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation, improve processes and lead change initiatives
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
- Flexibility to travel frequently across the UK and stay overnight when required
- A valid UK driving licence
