We’re looking for a reliable and organised Admin Support to join our central helpdesk team.
You’ll work with a major client in a friendly, supportive team environment where your contributions truly matter.
Job Description
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering efficient helpdesk solutions, managing reactive maintenance requests and planned preventive maintenance, and tracking costs and budgets to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is a steady position with the added flexibility of part-time hours available for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Manage planned preventative maintenance, cost, and budget tracking.
Ensure supply-chain jobs meet SLAs and priority response times.
Update CAFM system with job status and comments.
Maintain regular customer communication and promote feedback.
Record and prioritise service requests accurately.
Conduct quality checks and support timely job closure.
Handle complaints professionally and support administrative tasks.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Some administrative experience essential.
Experience with CAFM or within FM desirable.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio is an advantage.
