Summary
You don’t need any teaching experience for this role, but you’ll need aeronautical industry experience or worked as a B Licence engineer in a maintenance repair organisation (MRO). This is your chance to share your knowledge, inspire the next generation, and see students flourish.

What you’ll be doing
delivering CAA approved practical experience sessions.
overseeing the effective set up and outstanding workshop environment for our students’, ensuring tooling is available.
prepare teaching resources.
ensuring that our students get access to the facilities and training required to complete CAA Part 66 modules.
You’ll need to
be enthusiastic, with a passion for the sector.
be supportive, patient and approachable.
come from an aeronautical background of instructing students towards a B Licence or worked as a B Licence engineer in an MRO.
have experience of instructing trainee engineers.
preferably have worked as a B Licence engineer in an MRO and hold a B Licence.
* salary range includes a £6,000 supplement for skills shortage areas.
