Summary
Border Temperature Control are Refrigeration and Air conditioning contractors that operate throughout multiple sectors providing design, installation, service and maintenance since 2008. We are looking for a a new member of staff to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
Provide administration support to office staff and Managers
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Enter service calls on system and liaise with engineers
Coordinate day to day running with service and project departments
Enter Sales and purchase invoices on sage.
Experience desirable but not essential as training will be given
Clerical skills
Good telephone manner
Good organisational skills
Computer skills
Proactive attitude
Work as part of a team.
