Cleaner - Manchester - Part Time - 6921

Title: Cleaner

Contract Type: Part Time, 17 hours per week.

Salary: £11,169 per annum – real living wage (pro rata)

Reporting Office: CleanStart L&Q, Unit G, Longford Trading Estate, Thomas Street, Stretford, M32 0JT

Working Location: Trafford Borough and surrounding areas

Persona: Mobile - NB. 1 hour is contractually allocated to accommodate movement between sites. All sites are located in close proximity to one another.

Working Pattern: 4 hours per day over 4 days (between Monday to Friday)

Closing date for completed applications: Monday 28th July 2025 - 23:00

Join our CleanStart Team at L&Q:



We are looking for somebody who will fit into a high performing front line service. You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to maintain excellent service to our customers and colleagues. The role can be challenging, working across the borough and delivering services in our Sheltered Schemes for customer aged 55+, also servicing our office spaces. Experience of a similar role would be beneficial, full training is also provided to reach the required standards.

Your impact in the role:



Provide an excellent Cleaning service to our Sheltered Schemes and Office spaces
Undertake routine training and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement and personal development is completed.
Use of various chemicals and mandatory PPE
Reporting on site issues
Work in a fast paced customer focused role, ensuring high standard of service at all times


What you'll bring:



Basic knowledge of tools and materials associated with Cleaning and removals
The ability to solve problems.
Ability to work without supervision to tight deadlines
Awareness of risks associated to work tasks.
Excellent customer service skills
Using mobile phone application.
Ability to travel between sites is essential – car users will be able to claim mileage as long as they satisfy the policy requirements.
