Summary

We are now looking for an experienced SEO Editor to support our major website transformation project. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Aston’s new digital presence, ensuring our content is accessible, discoverable and aligned with our strategic goals.

As SEO Editor, you will lead on search engine optimisation across the new website, working closely with content designers, digital officers, and technical partners. You will use your expertise to improve organic visibility, support student recruitment, and enhance research impact while embedding best practice and supporting colleagues across teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in technical and on-page SEO and content editing within large or complex web environments. You will also have a proactive and collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
