A brand-new GMP Cleaning Co-ordinator vacancy has arisen in our fast-growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our
team.

LOCATION: CLEANROOM ZONE, WEST OF SCOTLAND SCIENCE PARK, 1 KELVIN WALKWAY, GLASGOW G20 0SP

JOB TITLE: GMP Cleaning Co-ordinator

JOB TYPE: Full Time

HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Wednesday – 1.00pm to 9.00pm and Thursday to Friday 11.30am to 7.30pm

SALARY: £30,000 PER ANNUM



JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure the GMP Production Cleaning Service meets the standards and expectations of its key stakeholders, regulatory
authorities, and potential customers. The successful candidate will lead and supervise the GMP cleaning team and delegate suitable
tasks to the relevant team members when appropriate.

To be a channel of communication between the staff, customers and the wider business when required, to improve and stabilise
existing contracts.



Duties to include:



* Train and facilitate team’s adherence to local customer procedures.
* Ensure timely completion of and compliance with all internal and external documentation requirements (GDP).
* Ensure regular performance/quality checks completed with any issues/concerns raised through appropriate route.
* Compile internal/external concise reports when required.
* Efficient deployment of team members, monitor and deal appropriately with staff absence levels, liaising with manager and HR
department.
* Ensure sufficient resource in place to meet agreed service level for customer.
* Always develop and maintain good working relationship with internal and external customers.
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business and customer policies and procedures.
* Ensure the company’s health & safety policies and culture are always adhered to.
* Share knowledge across the team/business and attend relevant training when required.
* Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our services/products and the customer’s site needs and requirements.
* Take ownership to ensure department KPIs are met/exceeded.



Knowledge and Skills:



* Have experience of GMP licenced facilities.
* Experience in multi-site leadership.
* Good IT skills in the use of Microsoft office products.

* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
* Good planning and recording skills
* Fluent spoken and written English
