Key Responsibilities
- Manage structural assets and supervise inspection programmes
- Lead delivery of capital investment schemes and monitor budgets
- Represent the service in forums, partnerships, and working groups
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, drawings, and contract documents
- Provide expert consultancy advice to internal and external stakeholders
