Summary
Based in Wells and cover surrounding ares, We are seeking two dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and well-presented in both commercial and domestic buildings. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
We have:
day shift between 9am - 5pm
Evening shift between the hours 6pm - 10pm
Holiday/sickness cover will be required as needed.
Occasional weekend work may be required.
Minimum hours per week (6) for both positions. Based on availability and flexibility from candidate, this could be increased.
Full UK drivers license is required.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Key holding.
Commercial and Domestic properties.
Skills
Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for those using the facilities.
Ability to drive is essential for roles requiring travel between multiple sites.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.
Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining schedules and meeting client expectations.
Cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
