Summary
Our client, a well-known distribution company based in Tamworth has immediate requirements for a Warehouse Trainer on Days and Nights. Permanent opportunities after a successful trial period. Duties as a Warehouse Trainer will include educating and developing new colleagues. Realigning existing SOP's and delivering to all colleagues. Assisting with the identification and implementation of new training solutions. Coaching, motivating and improving underperforming colleagues. Developing new colleagues over a defined time period to ensure a consistent experience for all new and existing colleagues. Tracking success and feedback results to senior leadership team.
